The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had amazing pressure. the room was super clean. Modern furniture and stylish finishing touches stood out to me. i especially appreciated the helpful and friendly staff.
the air conditioning was set at a low temperature upon arrival. i had to wait for the room to warm up.

the family room had two rooms joined by a hallway, perfect for our needs. the rooms were carefully and thoughtfully finished. bathrooms were also spacious in size, a huge plus.

The breakfast selection included many options to pick from. freshly prepared omelets were available upon request. They tasted amazing!!! i enjoyed the variety and quality offered.

the hotel is in a central location that is a quick walk to the metro. the walk to the iconic tower is also short from this place. many restaurants are nearby.

check-in process lack of flexibility
The metro access was close. This made traveling convenient.
The check-in process was not good. I faced an hour-and-a-half delay at 11:30 PM due to strict adherence to the hotel's policy and a lack of flexibility from the employee on duty. I will not return to this hotel, nor will I recommend it to my associates.

the receptionist wasn't very cute, and i felt there was a lack of approachability. i think some staff training would help improve customer service. i hope they consider this feedback, for a better experience for future visitors, the omelette chef was slow.
